Problem
The product started as a monolith on shared hosting. It needed to scale across four languages (EN, TR, NL, FI) and support SaaS features.
Solution
Migrating to a decoupled architecture: Django REST Framework backend, two Next.js frontends, PostgreSQL, Docker with Gunicorn/Nginx on Hetzner. I also handled technical SEO with a topic-cluster content strategy.
Result
Multilingual platform live with search-console and BigQuery integrations, and a roadmap that includes a food photo scanner and weekly pet report cards.
